Because Nevada is brimming with ghost towns and oddities, it only made sense to bring them to NYC to catch the attention of top tier journalists.

As guests arrived they were greeted by ghostly staff with booklets overviewing the various ghosts of Nevada and the road trips they could take to visit those haunted locations.

The floor plan was decked out with candelabras, spiderwebs, an unpredictable smoke machine and various spooky features throughout the room. Some of the featured ghost could be found in costume, wandering around to mingle with guests and dish on interesting travel tips.

The bar featured Nevada local liquors and spooky finger foods.

We used hologram fans to feature the five primary ghost (a murdered showgirl, an undead cowboy, The Lady in Red, a 17th century coal miner and an Area 51 alien) plotted along the five promoted road trips. Many of the props were thrift store finds alongside fabricated props that we shipped to NYC the night before the event.

Other features included a 12,’ custom-made, free-standing wall featuring attractions and landmarks from around the state, an Area 51 selfie station with a custom UFO and alien, live music from an undead miner, a spooky slideshow and a haunted photo booth.

The event yielded an overwhelmingly positive response from travel editors and client partners alike, cementing our client relationship and leading to multiple travel media placements.

“AMAZE-BALLS! We are finally competing at a higher level. This event made us look really good in front of our partners.”
